Horizon Review presents Between the Lines: A Literary Speakeasy
Whisper. Write. Resist.
Horizon Review and FUSION invite you to Between The Lines: A Literary Speakeasy on the evening of November 6. Come enjoy a night of art, drinks, and conversation set in the moody backdrop of FUSION | The Cell. This event hopes to bring together our local art and literary community to learn more about upcoming opportunities and foster collaboration. If you’re an editor, reader, writer–if in some way you consider “artist” part of your byline–we would love to see you there! Dress up in our color theme of gem tones or simply come as you are. The event will feature guest readings, a Q&A panel, and a social hour winding down the night. While you mingle, you can sip on one of our specialty cocktails of the evening.
Information about participating magazines, drinks, and more forthcoming!

We are excited to share that our readers represent a SNEAK PEEK into Horizon Review’s inaugural issue, releasing in Spring 2026. Our Q&A panel features editors from six different local publications! We eagerly welcome Robin Babb, Eli Behrens, Jordan Eddy, John Hardberger, Oona Uishama Narváez, and Emily Withnall to the table! Come learn from them and the insight they have to share about writing, editing, and publishing!
