Viewing the Universe Through the Right Hemisphere
NEWS | TUESDAY, JULY 28 | BY FUSION STAFF WRITER, RUDOLFO CARRILLO
If you are interested in the very nature and limits of human perception, if you are curious about how far the individual mind can stretch into the known and unknown universe around us, if you are intent on experiencing that larger universe, then by all means get thee down to FUSION on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM for a workshop presented by Larger Universe founder Birdie Jaworski. The workshop is entitled “You Can Map, Too!”, and the event promises to be an amazing exploration of what the human body and brain can accomplish when freed from the anatomical and spiritual boundaries that limit our experience.
The workshop focuses on a well-known psychic technique called Remote Viewing, a practice that has evolved and been clarified by Jaworski’s work. It’s a practice that she now refers to as TransDimensional Mapping. For Jaworski and those who follow in her path, this new application of scientifically proven beliefs and practices is an innovative and experiential approach that expands traditional remote viewing into the exploration of consciousness, intuition, timelines, creativity, and human potential.
To find out more about this important community event at FUSION, I took some time to reach out to Jaworski to discuss her research, its direction, and what participation in her event will mean to a community that is always seeking higher ground.
Rudolfo Carrillo: Let’s start by having you give me an overview of your event, which is coming up this weekend at FUSION, please!
Birdie Jaworski: Our next upcoming event is a workshop in TransDimensional mapping, and that is my method of remote viewing that I’ve developed over the past thirty years. Remember, the last time we talked, I told you that I was one of the very first civilians ever trained in remote viewing. I’ve had my own company, and I've trained thousands of people all over the world. I’m giving the community a taste of those techniques at FUSION. It’ll be a three-hour workshop and hands-on, as well. I’ll bring all the supplies. I’m literally going to teach people how to be a psychic spy, and they’re going to be able to even do a TransDimensional mapping session of their own towards the end of the workshop. I know everyone’s going to do amazingly well!
What is remote viewing?
Remote viewing was something that the U.S. government developed through the Stargate Program, which ran from the 1970s through the 1990s, for around twenty years. They spent tens of millions of taxpayer dollars; what they did was they got together scientists from the Stanford Research Center International. They got together a couple of natural psychics who were very famous at the time. One of them was named Ingo Swann. He’s considered the father of remote viewing. In working with these scientists, Swann was able to distill what it is that he did when he was able to access information psychically, remotely. Together, that team came up with a series of steps or protocols through which they literally could teach any soldier anywhere to actually become a potent psychic.
What do you mean by that?
Well, the process involves keeping your left brain busy. You know, we have two hemispheres in our brain, and our left brain is kind of our controlling half. It likes to make determinations about things to have control over, to name things. That left hemisphere hates ambiguity; it hates puzzles. It wants to be certain. So when people try to be psychic, your left brain usually gets in the way and starts making determinations or gives you the idea that you can’t do something. It gives you a sense of self-doubt. On the other hand, your right brain is your intuitive, creative side, and this is where most art, music, and even philosophy come from. This right brain is where our psychic information comes from as well. The protocols in remote viewing, traditional military-style remote viewing, involves doing a series of simple things using a pen and paper.
You’re not even trying to think. You’re just letting your hand do these certain things in these techniques designed to keep your left brain occupied. This process allows your right brain to access information physically because your left brain is occupied.
That sounds complicated!
It really isn’t. Anyone can be taught to still the left hemisphere in order to access the psychic part of the right hemisphere.
How did you evolve your new remote viewing techniques, TransDimensional mapping, from these military techniques?
I became a big follower of a kind of the preeminent brain hemisphere scientist on the planet. His name is Dr. Iain McGilchrist; he’s written some incredible books. He talks a lot about how we process language using our two hemispheres. I studied his work and others in his field and realized that we were leaving data on the table with [traditional] remote viewing, so I changed the kinds of protocols that are done in remote viewing to reflect the deconstruction of language that occurs within a session.
How does that sort of deconstruction affect remote viewing?
In TransDimensional mapping we’ve got techniques designed to figure out why the subconscious gives us specific data. Some people love learning this because TransDimensional mapping is one of the coolest ways imaginable to discover more about yourself; you can look at things and ask questions like “What is the most important lesson in my life?,” or “What do I need to learn in this lifetime?” or “What is the most important relationship that I should be focusing on,” or “How can I heal from my past with childhood trauma?” There are so many things you can look at in that inner space accessed with TransDimensional mapping.
What can participants in your workshop expect when they learn how to access TransDimensional mapping?
They can expect to actually do this! They’re going to learn the beginning parts of how to do this, and they’re going to actually do a real TransDimensional mapping session. They’ll do it blind; I’ll have something in an envelope, and they'll be amazed at what they can experience. There’s no question. I’ve done workshops like this all over the world, and everyone is always so excited to see what they can achieve. It’s a matter of learning to unlock or free your mind to be able to access the parts that are sometimes overridden by the left brain’s tendency to regulate and structure everything.
Why should everyone, skeptics included, come out for this free, community event?
They should come out to this workshop because they are going to learn how to unlock the secrets of their own subconscious and then be able to use that power of their mind to access anything anytime, any place. It’s magical.
