THE SEVEN is one of the nation's premiere short works festivals featuring seven fully produced world premieres. The 18th annual new short works festival features seven plays, seven different directors, and a professional ensemble. The scripts were read by a jury of theatre professionals (blindly, without any identification of the playwright), and the seven highest scoring scripts were selected. This year, the jury chose from scripts based on the theme: “Uninvited Guests.” This short works festival features seven world-premiere plays! You won’t want to miss Albuquerque’s beloved annual theatrical event!
The winners have been selected, and we are thrilled to bring these seven scripts to life on the stage at FUSION!
This production will run June 6–9. Performances will be held at FUSION | 708 in downtown Albuquerque. Performances are Thursday & Friday at 7 PM, Saturday at 2 PM & 7 PM, and Sunday at 3 PM and 7 PM. Due to demand, seating capacity has been increased for all performances. A new performance was added on Sunday, June 9, at 7 PM! Friday, June 7th, at 7 PM is SOLD OUT!
