The ABQ Indie Film Festival returns to FUSION for its seventh edition with a diverse program. The ABQ Indie Film Festival is a dynamic showcase of independent cinema featuring a curated selection of one feature film and six short films from emerging filmmakers worldwide. The event offers engaging storytelling, community interaction, and celebration of diverse voices in film. Attendees will experience two screening slots with a brief intermission, followed by the announcement of festival award winners. ABOUT ABQ INDIE FILM FESTIVAL
Taking place in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 2019, ABQ Indie Film Fest encompasses the city’s cinematic vibes and artistic atmosphere. Our screening program consists of feature and short narratives, fiction and documentary films by local and international filmmakers.
The ABQ Indie Film Fest is organized by HFP, a pioneer organization that runs Film Festivals and other events showcasing and championing ideas of diversity. Through our global series of film Festivals that spread over 13 countries, we open the path to voices with a compelling story to share.
